Trade Centre Team Member Role
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Trade Centre Team Member, you will be responsible for replenishing stock, picking and packing customer orders, and loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, which include builders and site supervisors.
* Replenish stock in a timely manner.
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
* Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for customer service.
* An ability to work in and contribute to a team.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of building products and build process.

About the Workplace:
The Trade Centres operate differently from retail sites, providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines. We partner with commercial customers, helping them manage projects with a 'whole of build' solution. Our Trade Centres stock a select number of core builders lines, allowing customers to build from the slab up.
