Chandler Macleod is seeking a Digital & Technology Lead to help shape, deliver, and embed digital solutions across our national business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading digital initiatives from idea through to implementation, working closely with the business to ensure solutions land successfully and deliver real value.
Reporting to the General Manager, Business Optimisation, you'll play a key role in driving digital change across platforms, processes, and vendor solutions.
About the role:
* Lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of digital and technology initiatives across the business
* Manage digital projects end-to-end, from scoping and design through testing, rollout, and adoption
* Drive the integration of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve recruitment workflows and business efficiency
* Act as the operational lead for digital platforms, working closely with product vendors and internal stakeholders
* Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of digital solutions
* Ensure strong data governance, platform reliability, and data hygiene standards
* Partner with internal teams to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and architectural alignment
* Support the business to adopt new technology through clear delivery plans, communication, and best‐practice use
About you:
* Experience leading digital or technology projects, ideally in a business‐facing environment
* Proven ability to manage implementation and change, not just design or strategy
* Background in digital platforms, portals, or integrated systems with a strong focus on usability and scalability
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes
* Comfortable translating business needs into practical, deliverable digital solutions
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with vendors and internal teams
* Exposure to recruitment, talent, or professional services environments is an advantage, but not essential
