YOUR MISSION
* This is a 10-month fixed term contract, covering a period of maternity leave
* Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPIs
* Develop the team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards
* Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts
* Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards
* Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
* Be adaptable to continue working non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary
