We are partnering with a client in Sydney to recruit a **Trainer** for a major undertaking in the business. The company is moving to a new Workforce Management System. This is a new implementation and moving away from the current legacy system, the initial contract will be for 6-12 month.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Conduct the Training Needs Analysis and manage the stakeholder engagement for all learnings
- Work collaboratively with the Change Lead, Project Lead and relevant project team members to understand the change scope and requirements.
- Design, build and deliver quality training materials and programs with the end user needs in mind.
- Facilitate the training sessions for all users via zoom, f2f or through rolling out the created elearning.
- Report on training outcomes and completion rates.
**Your Background**
- Training for System Implementation / Upgrade or Migration
- Learning and Development experience
- Blended learning creation and delivery
- Delivered Training for a Workforce Management System (Workday, Kronos, or similar) - ideal not essential
- Open to industry background
