The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high foot-traffic store in Blackwood, South Australia .
This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining strong operational standards, and delivering excellent results across all store KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and commercial decision-making.
Manage store operations, budgets, and profitability targets.
Oversee stock management, merchandising, and promotional execution.
Champion a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
Develop and implement local business and community engagement initiatives.
About You You're an experienced retail or trade leader who takes ownership, motivates others, and delivers results.
You understand the importance of great service, operational discipline, and team culture in driving success.
You'll bring 5+ years' experience in a retail or trade-based business.
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and sales performance.
Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
(Desirable)
Certificate in Retail Management or equivalent.
