Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Implement and monitor project plans, contribute to milestone reporting, and ensure the success of various initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Organize industry workshops, field days, and knowledge-sharing events, building strong networks with diverse stakeholders.
* Strategic Support: Execute operational tasks, ensure adherence to policies, and contribute to data analysis and reporting for key project metrics.
* Event Management: Provide practical and technical support for on-ground activities, including field days, workshops, and trade stands.
Requirements:
* You are a proactive and versatile professional with a degree in agricultural sciences or a related field, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in rural communities.
* You may also have experience in supporting research and development, high-level oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A current driver's license and willingness to travel regionally are also required.
