Role Overview
The Precinct Experience Officer delivers high quality client coordination, front‐of‐house services and venue support at our rapidly growing Canberra City Precinct. This includes venue and event administration, support and enquiry management for three venue spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, staff, industry and other user groups.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate client interactions and provide high‐quality customer service over phone, email and in‐person.
* Support venue administration and event planning for three venues.
* Maintain facilities, ensuring they are well‐stocked and professionally maintained.
* Manage booking systems and CRM, respond to enquiries, and coordinate event logistics.
* Collaborate with colleagues internally and externally to build relationships.
Qualifications
* Relevant administrative experience, ideally in education, hospitality, venue or event management.
* Proven track record of delivering high‐quality customer service.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to establish priorities and manage moderately complex tasks.
* Experience with online booking systems or CRM.
