Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Officer to partner with contract farmers and play a vital role in achieving optimal crop yields.
* Agronomic Support: Provide expert advice on crop activities such as sowing, irrigation, pest, and disease management to maximise yield and quality.
* Harvest Coordination: Organise and oversee the contracting and coordination of harvest activities for timely delivery to our site.
* Farmer Relations: Act as a liaison between us and contract farmers, maintaining positive relationships and promoting our standards and values.
* Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to meet internal and statutory requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.
* Health & Safety: Champion safe work practices, including safe driving, proper chemical usage, and adherence to safety policies.
