As the Honours Coordinator at Parkville Precinct, you'll play a vital role in managing the Melbourne Medical School's Honours and Master of Biomedical Sciences programs at the Parkville precinct. You will have the opportunity to streamline processes from admissions to examinations, provide high-level support to students and supervisors, and collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure the effective delivery of teaching and learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage Student Candidature: Oversee applications, enrolments, progress tracking, and results using University systems.
* Coordinate Coursework Administration: Handle timetabling, assessment processes, and thesis submissions.
* Enhance Student Engagement: Organise events such as the Honours Expo, Orientation, and Awards Ceremony.
* Maintain Program Integrity: Review and develop policies, manage website content, and ensure accurate project information.

You will leverage your strong planning, coordination, and communication skills to provide policy-informed advice and support, ensuring the seamless operation of the Honours and Master of Biomedical Sciences programs.
You may also:
* Have a degree with relevant experience, or extensive expertise in technical or administrative fields.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrate problem‐solving abilities and a commitment to delivering creative solutions.
* Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing both personal and team tasks.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with University systems like StudentOne, SONIA, and Workday.
