About the Role
We currently have a casual Scheduling Support role based at our Preston site for one day or 2 half days a week.
You will be supporting Water Supply Scheduling Coordinator in their day to day tasks, including but not limited to: Manage Service Requests and raise Work Orders for delivery partners to deliver works.
Support maintenance activities to facilitate maintenance delivery.
Collate schedules on a weekly basis.
Undertake investigations to support maintenance activities.
About you: High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and contribute to a collaborative team
Ability to pass a police check
Ability to pass pre-employment checks.
