Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Solution Sales Executive (Melbourne or Sydney based) to drive new business growth in our enterprise software and services portfolio. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring net new enterprise customers, developing C-level relationships, and delivering high-value, consultative solutions in the digital transformation space.
As a key member of our sales team, you will identify, engage, and close opportunities with enterprise customers across NSW and VIC, partnering closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new enterprise customer relationships within assigned territory (Melbourne or Sydney base).
* Drive full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
* Position and sell enterprise software (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud platforms) and related consulting/professional services.
* Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to create tailored proposals.
* Lead customer engagements at C-level (CIO/CTO/CMO/CDO) to shape digital transformation agendas.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of enterprise software and services sales experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, AWS, ServiceNow).
* Demonstrated success in hunting and closing net-new enterprise accounts .
* Deep understanding of solution selling, preferably using TAS, Challenger, or SPIN methodologies.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to build C-level trust and influence.
* Familiarity with ANZ enterprise landscape and verticals such as finance, health, retail, technology, communications or manufacturing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
