We are seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our growing team in Adelaide. This is a key role responsible for pricing, tendering and contract negotiation across a diverse range of commercial joinery and fit-out projects.

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director or nominee, you will be responsible for preparing accurate tender prices in accordance with client documentation, negotiating contracts, and supporting projects from tender through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare tenders, quotations and submissions in a professional and ethical manner
* Review architectural drawings, specifications and scopes of work
* Interpret plans and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM)
* Liaise with clients, architects, project managers and internal stakeholders
* Source new work and maintain strong client relationships
* Obtain and negotiate pricing from preferred subcontractors and suppliers
* Submit variations and support progress claims
* Attend project site and client meetings as required
* Ensure projects meet budget, profitability targets and deadlines
* Maintain accurate documentation of variations, delays and discrepancies
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a joinery estimating role
* Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications
* Proven experience preparing tenders and negotiating with clients
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator, written and verbal
* Competent in Microsoft Office and MYOB
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
