About The Role
* Oversee the performance and financial outcomes of our WA and VIC teams.
* Lead and manage state-wide culture, staff attraction, and retention strategies.
* Drive business development, growth, and manage key relationships with government stakeholders, NGOs, and private sector partners.
Key Objectives
* Collaborate with national leaders to achieve organizational goals.
* Work closely with the CFO to meet financial targets.
* Coordinate with the Group Clinical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Support integration of metro clinic strategies with the executive team.
