Business Analyst Role Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business problems and develop strategic solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business value drivers, customer needs, and current technology capabilities to inform solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and optimize value delivery
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure project scope, requirements, and actions are aligned
- Facilitate workshops to understand client challenges and define scope
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Business Analysis skills with experience in the Insurance Domain (P&C) and IT background
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of project effort estimation based on requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a flair for writing documents and presenting to various audiences
- Insurance domain knowledge and experience working in digital initiatives of Insurance companies (Life)
- Exposure to digital insurance platforms and strong understanding of technology trends like Portal, Cloud, Analytics, Data, IPA/RPA, AI/ML, and their applications in the Insurance Industry
- Thought leadership in a particular area of the insurance domain and ability to contribute to and lead creation of domain-led consulting offerings
