You will work on a range of but not limited to, - Mergers & acquistions; - Shareholder, & partnership agreements; - Joint ventures agreements; - Corporate governance; and - Business succession agreements. On Offer Pathway to Partnership, if you want it; Mentorship, guidance & career development; Strong portfolio of corporate & commercial work; Hybrid & flexible working arrangements; and $180,000 - $250000 subject to your experience. About you The ideal candidate will have; - At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate & commercial law.
