As a Graduate Actuarial Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, building predictive models, and delivering insights that influence business decisions. You'll work across multiple areas including pricing, statistical analysis, budgeting, reserving, capital modelling, financial forecasting, and statutory reporting giving you a well-rounded foundation in actuarial practice. What You'll Do
* Provide pricing and underwriting recommendations across all products.
* Build and maintain statistical models for claims, quote conversion, and customer retention.
* Analyse customer behaviour to develop strategies that improve experience and retention.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, reserving, and capital modelling.
* Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Product Development teams to deliver actionable insights.
* Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance and identify opportunities to meet strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
* A strong academic background in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or SAS and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
