12 month Performance and Talent Coordinator in a temporary capacity with Federal Government
Your recent role
The Workforce and Capability (WAC) Branch supports the agency to determine resource requirements.

The branch source people with the skills and cultural fit to best deliver a world-leading scheme.

They enable an inclusive, capable, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Recognition at peak periods during the Annual Awards and coordinating Judging Panels, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with organising Annual Award events.
- Supporting Talent at peak periods during the Talent cycle and preparing supporting materials for talent assessments and the Talent Council.
- Supporting the Just Brilliant team at peak periods and assisting with learning program administration such as facilitator support, bookings, venue management, materials, online learning support, feedback collation and LEAP administration.
- Assisting with team meetings, reporting and managing documents.
- Responding to employee queries, through business systems and other team mailboxes.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources; Business; Management or a related business discipline would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
