Content Creator (Sales Enablement) – Contract

Reporting To: Head of Customer Experience

Team: CSI

Employment Status: Full time, 3-month contract

Location: Sydney

About This Role

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the Content Creator is responsible for capturing, synthesising, and structuring organisational knowledge into clear, cohesive content that can be scaled.

Our client has a growing body of product content that needs to be transformed into structured, consumable learning material for our front-line teams. This role is primarily responsible for taking existing material produced by Product, Sales and GTM teams and reshaping it into engaging, modular learning assets that can be delivered and tracked through our LMS platform.

Where gaps exist, this role will work with internal SMEs to capture and document what is missing. Existing content is partially in place. This role will assess what is available, identify gaps, and work with internal SMEs to capture what is missing before transforming it into structured learning assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take existing product, sales and GTM content and transform it into structured, modular learning assets suited to LMS delivery
2. Identify gaps in existing content and work with SMEs to capture and document what is missing
3. Collaborate with Sales, Product and GTM teams to ensure learning assets accurately reflect current messaging and positioning
4. Maintain consistency in tone and usability across all outputs
5. Establish reusable templates to support ongoing and scalable content development

Experience

6. Experience in sales enablement content or instructional design
7. Demonstrated ability to format and prepare content for ingestion into LMS platforms, including SCORM/xAPI packages, structured documents and metadata tagging
8. Comfortable working with LMS platforms, such as Navex or similar, and understanding how to structure content for them
9. Strong ability to simplify and restructure complex material for a non-technical audience
10. Proven ability to work with SMEs and extract what matters quickly

Success Measures

11. Content is live in the LMS
12. Stakeholder feedback from Sales and Product confirms content is accurate, relevant and easy to use
13. Speed and scalability of content production, measured by volume of quality assets produced within the contract period

Casual Loading

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
