Job Description
The Project Systems Trainer will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a large-scale system change, medEbridge, within the organisation.
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in the new system.
This is a part-time role, 3 days a week .
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and facilitation, with the ability to engage and support learners at all levels. Also you will have:
* Experience with instructional design or a related field.
* Experience with large-scale system implementations or change management projects.
* Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
* Ability to adapt approach to ensure ongoing business and stakeholder needs are met.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
* Experience working in an agile project team or in a project environment;
* Experience with system rollout;
* Specifically delivering multi-faceted learning modes
o E-learn, videos, work instructions etc.
* Must be skilled at training delivery, ideal if you have experience rolling out training to clinicians
* L&D background – understand and experienced in adult learning principles.
* Qualifications
in training and assessment are highly regarded
* Understanding of / experience in an allied health or NDIS setting
