We are seeking a Compliance & Dispatch Administration Officer to support day-to-day operations in Moranbah. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in a dynamic admin role that sits at the heart of site logistics and compliance.
The Role:
* Roster: Lifestyle Roster 5,4,4,5 (Rotating Days and nights)
* Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am)
* Start: Initially on day shift for training, then moving to rotating roster
* Rate: $40 – $45/hr depending on experience
* Type: Casual to begin with, can lead to perm role for the right person
* Location: Moranbah – must be a local resident
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting compliance and dispatch processes across site
* Coordinating movements and documentation of materials
* Assisting with data entry, reporting, and general admin tasks
* Communicating with site teams and truck drivers to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining attention to detail in a high-responsibility environment
What We're Looking For:
* Someone energetic and reliable
* A local Moranbah resident (no camp or accommodation provided)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to commit to a rotating roster (days & nights)
* Previous admin experience preferred but not essential – attitude and reliability are key
