Permanent full‐time role – Day shift (Monday‐Friday, 6 am‐3 pm)
About the Role
* Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
* Support production teams to maximise equipment uptime and efficiency
* Identify and report hazards, incidents, and injuries in accordance with site protocols
* Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
* Maintain machinery and equipment in line with work orders and service schedules
* Ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards
Qualifications
* Trade qualification as a Fitter
* 3–5 years' experience in FMCG, food, or bakery environments (preferred)
* Strong mechanical fault‐finding skills and pneumatic systems knowledge
* Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick) and competent machining skills (Lathe, Mill)
* A proactive, safety‐first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
