As an experienced Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team of business consultants.


Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and interacting with visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous way
* Managing appointments and coordinating calendars effectively
* Accurately processing data entry and maintaining organized filing systems
* Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of mail and packages
* Providing administrative assistance to our team of professionals


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar customer-facing role
* Proven organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Meticulous attention to detail
