AGSEA (Agricultural Services Australia) is establishing a calf milk replacer production facility in Warrnambool, which will serve as the central hub for blending, bagging, and distributing premium-quality products across Australia. Backed by The Midfield Group, a leading integrated agribusiness, AGSEA is positioned for strong and sustainable growth.
AGSEA is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Administrator to support daily operations within our growing agricultural manufacturing business in Warrnambool, Victoria.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely raw material supply
* Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment as required
* Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including booking transport and liaising with carriers
* Monitor transport performance and resolve delivery issues while maintaining cost-effective freight arrangements
* Process supplier invoices and accurately record goods received
* Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control and reconciliation processes
* Assist with production scheduling and raw material delivery coordination
* Provide on-site administrative and operational support to warehouse and production teams
* Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries regarding orders and deliveries
* Maintain accurate documentation and data across operational systems
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in operations, logistics or procurement (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small business environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive working relationships
