Senior Claims Advisor Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Proactively managing a portfolio of complex claims end-to-end
* Partnering with the team leader and technical specialist to develop innovative claims management strategies
* Engaging with stakeholders to resolve claims promptly and effectively
* Reviewing medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports
* Coaching and mentoring claims advisors to build capability and support sound decision-making
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, commerce or a related field, as well as experience in insurance or claims management. They will be able to develop solutions and courses of action using an information base to identify key issues.
