What You'll Be DoingEnterprise Sales
Own and execute your territory plan with a customer-first, growth-focused strategy.
Build deep, trusted-advisor relationships across enterprise and mid-tier customers.
Lead consultative conversations to understand customer goals and shape tailored solutions.
Take a solution-led approach to develop compelling proposals aligned to strategic priorities.
Uncover and manage new business opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams of Seisma experts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Collaborate with Microsoft and other key partners to stay ahead of technology trends.
Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their success is at the centre of everything we do.
Marketing & Business Development
Contribute to Microsoft go-to-market strategies and growth opportunities.
Partner with marketing to develop customer success stories, thought leadership, and campaign initiatives.
Support the creation of impactful sales collateral, demos, and presentations showcasing Seisma's capabilities.
? What We're Looking For
5+ years of proven success selling professional services and/or managed services, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
A natural relationship-builder with strong curiosity and informed opinions.
A strategic thinker with experience creating and executing growth plans.
Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and the value they deliver.
A collaborative leader who can align internal teams around customer success.
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how customers want to engage throughout their journey.
