Key Responsibilities

1. Provide HR support to Managers and the PLC team.

2. Employee relations, recruitment, and WHS are your areas of focus.

3. Foster strong relationships with managers to implement performance management frameworks.

4. Ensure WHS compliance through collaboration with the WHS Specialist.

Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist role within Australia.

* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
