**About The Opportunity**:
As an ECT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their centre in Bangor, NSW. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the general running of the centre, both on the floor and off the floor
- Managing fees, enrolment, and administration work
- Effectively liaising with families and addressing their needs and concerns
- Providing guidance and support to their team of educators
- Contributing to a close-knit management team and actively participating in monthly coordinator meetings
**About You**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the early childhood education industry
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Teaching OR a related field (Diploma holders are also welcome if willing to enrol in a Bachelor's degree)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with people at different levels of experience
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to try new things and bring fresh ideas to the table
- The ability to work harmoniously in a close-knit management team
