The Opportunity
We are seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience to join our Property Law team. You will work in a supportive environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of transactions and development work. You will also be part of a cohesive team of friendly colleagues.

Key Work Areas
* Residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland
* Property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions
* Retail and commercial leasing
About You
You will have:
* At least 2 years’ post-admission experience.
* Current admission to practice law in Queensland.
* Experience in conveyancing, commercial leasing, business sale and purchase transactions.
* Strong technical skills, with a genuine interest in developing specialist expertise.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the capacity and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
* The ability to manage conveyancing and leasing matters from commencement to completion.
