About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee people and workplace management across our café group. This newly created role has been designed to centralise HR functions, support our expansion, and ensure consistent compliance and workforce capability across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of staff across all cafés.
Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and training programs.
Provide support to café managers in performance management and workplace relations.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Hospitality Industry Award, and WHS obligations.
Advise Directors on workforce planning and report on HR outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years’ HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
Strong knowledge of employment law, Awards, and WHS standards.
Ability to manage HR functions across a multi-site operation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
