Front Office Manager

Delivering exceptional guest experiences starts here. As our Front Office Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring every stay is memorable from arrival to departure.

A day in your life might look like this:

* Lead front office operations including reception, concierge and night audit
* Manage and mentor your front office team to drive service excellence and high-performance results
* Resolve guest concerns through effective problem-solving and deliver positive outcomes
* Build relationships with guests and address any issues promptly
* Focus on key metrics that impact guest satisfaction, problem handling and loyalty
* Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest delight
* Maintain security protocols for finances, credit and transactions, as well as guest safety
* Conduct regular public area inspections and address any deficiencies immediately
* Take charge in emergency situations and respond quickly


What we need from you:

* At least 5 years of front office experience with 2 years of leadership experience
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent in hotel management/business administration
* Proven experience in hotel front office/rooms division, including management
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning and motivational skills
* Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and sense of ownership when identifying issues and solutions
* Computer literacy, including familiarity with PMS software and Microsoft Suite
* Resilience and ability to manage crises
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operation as needed
* Compliance with South Australian Responsible Persons Badge and First Aid Certificate requirements
