Our client is seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join their fast‑paced workplace. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, a friendly phone manner, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Data entry

* Answering phone calls

* Scheduling and referring candidates for courses and training programs

* Customer service

* Maintenance of excel spreadsheets

* General office duties

You will be required to contribute effectively within a team environment. This role offers variety, growth opportunities, and no two days will feel the same.
