Job Description
* Administrative Support
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Manage and maintain filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring records are accurate and up to date
* Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as directed
* Order and track office supplies; monitor inventory levels and submit purchase requests as needed
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
* Assist team as required
Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Maintain staff records
Reception & Client Services
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common office spaces
