When it comes to HR, this role will give you a taste of everything, including:
* Partnering with business leaders in relation to all areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, engagement and retention. To do this, it's not just about sitting behind a desk, it's about proactively engaging with our team in their work environment
* Managing workers compensation claims and return to work
* Coordinating employment contracts
* Coordination of the employee recognition program
* Maintaining our HRIS
About you
Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering memorable experiences for team and customers. You will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
* 2 years previous experience in a HR role would be ideal
* We move at pace so personal drive and motivation is a must
* An understanding of employment legislation and confidence in providing advice to team and leaders. Don't worry if you're still learning this, we have other experts in our business you can lean on.
* Excellent organisational and administration skills, with a high level of attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
