Responsibilities
Provide high‐standard clinical services to eligible clients in the community, delivering individualised, evidence‐based physiotherapy assessments, interventions, education and self‐management support.
* Undertake accurate, timely assessments and interventions in line with team and individual scope of practice, including one‐to‐one and group sessions in a community health setting.
* Develop care plans with clients and stakeholders to achieve client‐centred goals.
* Identify and support quality improvement processes from the client, quality, and organisational perspectives.
* Facilitate referrals to additional support services when needed for coordinated care.
* Work with a diverse client base across a range of clinical presentations.
* Attend service, staff and organisational meetings as required.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist through AHPRA.
* Minimum of two years' experience as a Physiotherapist.
* Well‐developed clinical reasoning and practical skills, with the ability to innovate or problem‐solve.
* Ability to work in teams or autonomously.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a drive to provide excellent care to all clients.
Requirements
* Successful candidates must undergo a National Police Check, and, where applicable, an International Police Check, and hold a valid WWCC.
* Possession of a full driver licence and ability to travel between sites.
* Candidate will be required to work from all DPV sites.
