About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth and manage key relationships with rural retail partners across a well-established territory. The successful candidate will support resellers through strategic initiatives, sales, and technical support.

This role will be ideally based around Tamworth or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Rural Retail Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional dealers through consistent visits, staff training, inventory oversight, and support of promotional activities.
* Sales Growth and Market Analysis: Actively seek opportunities to grow sales while providing valuable market and competitor feedback to drive commercial success.
* Team Collaboration: Operate as an engaged team member by sharing knowledge, upholding professional conduct, participating in meetings, and supporting group initiatives and events.
* Administrative Compliance: Complete all administrative and reporting tasks efficiently, maintain company assets professionally, and adhere to company expense and policy guidelines.
* Professional Conduct: Ensure personal presentation and conduct align with professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and contributing to a positive brand image.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you'll have experience in sales or a background in farming or rangeland livestock production. Or you might be working in the rural retail sector and wanting a new challenge. Either way, you'll be provided with all the tools of the trade to succeed in this role, including technical and product training.

We're looking for someone who can tick most of these boxes:

* Previous sales success (full training will be offered).
* Able to build rapport quickly with rural retail customers.
* Comfortable with technology and able to relay technical solutions to a broad customer base.
* A drive for success, a passion for results, highly driven, confident, and resourceful.
* A team player who enjoys contributing to a dynamic business environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Happy to work autonomously and willing to travel.
