The Coordinated Client Support Branch is looking for motivated, resourceful, supportive and agile people to take up the roles of Complex Case Manager-Clinical (APS6) and Complex Case Manager-Senior Clinical (EL1) within the Coordinated Client Support (CCS) Branch.
The CCS Branch manages a range of programs and services to assist vulnerable clients to navigate DVA services and connect to supports to meet their wellbeing needs. Case management offered by CCS Branch is collectively referred to as the Client Support Program.
**The key duties of the position include**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for case-managed clients
- Conduct various client assessments including intake and risk assessments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline access to services
- Link clients to appropriate mental health and support services
- Provide advice and coaching support to colleagues
**Eligibility**
- Under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999, employees must be Australian citizens to be employed in the Australian Public Service (APS).
- All applicants external to DVA offered employment will be required to successfully undergo a pre-engagement screening check, even if they have a security clearance. The screening check is conducted in accordance with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant health field including Nursing; Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.

Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 18 months.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
