NSW Government Recruitment Officer Job Description
This role is ideal for a Recruitment Specialist seeking to utilize their skills in facilitating end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recruitments in line with public sector procedures.
* Prepare letters of offer, onboarding paperwork, and maintain accurate employment records.
* Coordinate interviews, assessments, and manage the quarterly onsite inductions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in government recruitment roles, high-volume recruitment environments, as well as a range of roles from entry level to executive positions.
