Required Skills & Qualifications
* Extensive experience in organizational development, workforce planning and employee experience.
* Proven success in leading organizational change and people strategy in large or complex organizations.
* Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles and OD practices.
* Strong analytical, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
