About the Role

The Mental Health Clinician will work collaboratively with consumers and their families/carers to identify support needs, goals, and develop care plans. The role involves delivering high-quality biopsychosocial assessments, care coordination, and evidence-based psychological interventions to consumers.
Key Accountabilities
* Hold current registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker;
* Engage with consumers and their families/carers to undertake assessments, determine care needs, and provide care coordination and referral support;
* Provide holistic, evidence-based therapeutic supports using demonstrated skills and experience;
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and independent working;
* Hold a current driver's license and be willing to travel for the role, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours.
