Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our organisation as a concierge and receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in the customer lounge and offering administrative support.

The Opportunity:
* Manage all aspects of the customer lounge, including serving customers, ordering supplies, and keeping inventory records.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested by management.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Outstanding interpersonal skills.
* A strong commitment towards internal processes.
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Concierge or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience using industrial coffee machine - Nespresso.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Customer service focus.
* Strong commitment and dedication towards a customer focused environment.
