Operations Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our team of insurance supervisors and estimators.
This pivotal role involves helping shape the strategic direction of the business while overseeing daily functions that keep everything running smoothly - from people management and process optimisation to compliance and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee and empower a high-performance team, support the General Manager in strategic planning, maintain focus on margin management through service excellence, drive consistency and compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
A confident and positive leader with 5+ years' experience in operations or team management, preferably in insurance, construction, or a related field.
Key skills include strong knowledge of compliance and risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the business.
