About The Role:
As the Head of eCommerce you will report to the GM of Marketing and Digital and serve as a key member of the leadership team. You will lead the development and execution of marketing technology stacks, as well as oversee performance analytics across digital assets. Your role will focus on driving operational improvements and providing valuable insights to enable marketing strategies in key markets globally. You will interact with multiple stakeholders in each region, creating a culture that is data-led and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and drive the digital platform strategy across global markets.
* Manage website enhancement initiatives to optimise user experiences and conversion rates.
* Lead stakeholder relationships and contract negotiations with global digital service providers.
* Oversee analytical architecture, leveraging tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics to guide business decisions.
* Champion and manage the execution of digital solutions, including system enhancements that align with core business objectives.
* Provide leadership in project management, overseeing the scope, brief, timelines, and performance of digital service provider processes.
* Lead, inspire and develop a team of 15.
About You:
* Extensive experience in digital analytics.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, as this role includes six direct reports.
* Demonstrated expertise in executing strategies and plans across international markets.
* Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with data interrogation to draw actionable insights and make recommendations.
* Resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
