Exciting opportunity for a dynamic internal communications pro to drive collaboration, engagement, and adoption of enterprise-wide digital communication channels!
The role The Internal Communications Specialist – Digital Workplace will be responsible for the internal communications, engagement and adoption of enterprise-wide communication channels such as Slack, HQ (intranet) and Google Suite.
This role will be a key contact between the business, external parties and Technology division and will advise and support key stakeholders on the best practice for optimal adoption and engagement of the tools.
Positions Accountabilities Plan and execute internal communications plan and deliverables to support the implementation and engagement of digital workplace tools (i.e.
Slack and HQ intranet) across the business and within divisions.
Design and implement engaging communications campaigns aligned to the digital workplace strategy.
This also includes supporting documents - speaking notes, presentations, leader briefing packs and reports.
Deliver practical, scalable communications and engagement solutions that will successfully educate people and drive adoption of change.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders through timely, strategic and valued advice to ensure the strong internal brand is upheld and minimal change resistance to maximise employee engagement.
Proactively work with each division to enhance their use of digital channels - proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks and issues to encourage broader adoption and usage.
Track and proactively manage stakeholder management activities and issues.
Support leaders with tools, briefs and templates that enable clear communication and understanding of the digital tools and how they can be used in their daily operations.
Lead and actively engage the Change Champion network across the business.
Working with the Digital Workplace Delivery Lead and A&G's Learning and Development team, maintain the ongoing updates of training materials and communication to educate stakeholders on the use of digital channels.
What experience you'll bring Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, business or similar with a minimum three years' experience.
Experience implementing a digital communication tool into a business from a change, engagement and communications perspective.
Experience working in a high impact and dynamic communications teams on internal and change communications.
High level of skill in engaging with different stakeholders to deliver outcomes within a high performance with high integrity environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to write for various genres, audiences and publication types is a must.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality is essential.
Highly developed digital skills and experience using Google Suite, Slack and Intranet tools.
