Perched above the Timor Sea in one of the most remote and breathtaking regions of the Kimberley, Western Australia, Berkeley River Lodge offers an intimate, all-inclusive wilderness experience accessible only via a private airstrip.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tour Guide to join our team for the 2026 season (April–September). This role is central to delivering unforgettable guest experiences and sharing the natural beauty, culture, and adventure of this truly unique property.
The successful applicant will bring a strong background in hospitality, tourism, and tour guiding, along with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to teamwork and outstanding service. You will be confident, energetic, and physically capable of leading a diverse range of activities, including guided hikes, 4WD adventures, river cruises, and fishing charters.
We are seeking an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate:
* Previous Tour Guide experience (minimum two years)
* Ability to operate a boat with passengers safely
* Manage tours of 1 to 20 guests in a solo role
* Experience 4WDing in varying terrain
* Ability to work under pressure
* Hard-working, punctual and reliable
* High-level communication and customer service skills
Qualification Requirements
* Current RSA
* First Aid / CPR certificates
