Crew Leader Civil is a permanent full-time position requiring a 9-day fortnight and 38 hours of work per week. A Certificate III in Civil Construction, White Card, and supervisory experience are essential.
About This Role
This position works as part of the Civil Delivery Team to ensure effective and efficient completion of planned, scheduled, and reactive maintenance works for the section through applying specialist skills in infrastructure networks management and providing technical expertise during maintenance work programs.
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Civil Construction
* Construction Industry White Card (30215 QLD)
* Current 'MR' Class Driver's Licence
* Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) accreditation under the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices
* Leadership style supporting individual and team achievements
* Experience leading construction personnel in municipal infrastructure construction
* Detailed knowledge of construction materials and their application in Council infrastructure projects
