With their scope of work growing considerably and new opportunities on hand, our Client is looking to grow their Project Team further to include an experienced Site Manager for their Wollongong based project. With a project portfolio that consists of high end residential properties through to commercial construction builds, specifically within the education space, this role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to oversee this high end project. Working closely with the Construction & Project Team across all aspects of construction, you will be responsible for: Arranging and managing all trades and contractors Reporting on project milestones to the client Arranging and ordering materials Managing inductions and site safety at all times Ensure work is performed to meet project deadlines on time and to budget Compliance & Licensing Essentially your background and Resume will demonstrate; 3 years experience as a Site Manager or Foreman Experience working on high end projects Experience in reporting Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills Advanced computer skills - ideally, Pro Core & Hammertech Apply now for immediate consideration.
