North Belconnen Community Association Inc. (NBCA) is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support strategic projects, leadership operations, and organisational growth. While the role is currently titled Executive Assistant, the title and part‑time or flexible work arrangements can be negotiated.
Based primarily at Flynn Early Childhood Education Centre, with occasional work at Cooinda Cottage Early Childhood Centre, this role supports the implementation of NBCA’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan. Working closely with the Executive Director, Operations Director, and project leads, you’ll coordinate innovation projects, governance tasks, communications, and sector engagement activities.
Experience:
* Strong administration experience, ideally in early childhood education or similar environments.
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
* High attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Copilot is a plus.
