Position: L2 (Mid-level) Front-End Leaning Full-Stack Engineer
We're hiring an L2 (Mid-level) Front-End leaning Full-Stack Engineer to evolve our survey analytics and reporting experiences from accessible data visualizations to performant APIs that make them possible.
What You'll Do
Build and iterate on survey reporting UI: charts, tables, filters, and comparison tools that feel fast, informative, and accessible.
Ship features end-to-end: mostly React/TypeScript on the front end, with contributions to services and APIs.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and data to solve real customer problems.
Raise quality: write well-tested code, use and extend our design system, improve performance and accessibility (a11y).
Own outcomes: break down work, estimate, ship in increments, and learn from production signals.
The Impact You'll Have
Make complex survey data simple and trustworthy for HR teams and leaders.
Improve load times and usability across high-traffic reporting views.
Advance our visualization patterns and component library for consistency and accessibility.
Your Experience
Solid experience building production React and TypeScript UIs.
Comfortable working across the stack (Node/TypeScript or Ruby services, REST APIs).
Familiar with testing (Jest/RTL or similar) and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, analytics/reporting UX, data viz libraries, GraphQL.
