Assetlink is hiring a
Customer Service Team Member
for the Macarthur Square location in Campbelltown, New South Wales. This casual role is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award - Grade 3.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and be the first point of contact at the customer service desk with a welcoming attitude and create a positive first impression.
Provide accurate information and directions, anticipate customer needs, and resolve complaints to delight the customer.
Meet and greet guests, assist with queries and special requests.
Contribute to a high standard of service and work to meet or exceed client expectations.
Role Requirements
Impeccable presentation and grooming
5-star customer service skills
Positive and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and stand for lengthy periods
Must have valid work rights in Australia
