Job Role Overview
The Clinical Coordinator position is pivotal in providing expert guidance and direction to care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional leadership and supervision of care teams, encompassing Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff.
* Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with residents, family members/caregivers, and other care team members.
* Promote a service delivery culture that focuses on enhancing the lifestyle experiences of residents.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, accreditation, and AN-ACC.
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
* Background checks and references.
* Current flu season vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
* Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
* NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
* Qualifications / AHPRA.
* Complete a police check.
